The Motul Gear 300 75W90 oil is for synchronised or non synchronised gearboxes, gearbox/differential units, transfer gearboxes and hypoid differentials without limited slip, operating under shocks and heavy loads at low speed or moderate loads at high speed.
Performance
The Motul Gear 300 75W90 oil has 0% shear loss for an unshearable oil film in extreme conditions, and very high lubricating power that decreases friction and wear. The 90 grade gives outstanding film strength when hot and can reduce transmission noise.
Limited slip
For a limited slip differential, see Gear 300 LS. The Motul Gear 300 75W90 oil stays fluid at low temperature for comfortable gear shifting.
Shear stability
The Motul Gear 300 75W90 oil gives 0% shear loss, so the oil film holds up in extreme conditions. It is an extreme pressure lubricant for anti-wear protection and better resistance at high temperature, and it suits any type of seal and yellow metal used in gearboxes.
