About the panel

Looking away from the road to read your gauges at speed is a risk, so this panel is slanted to give a better view. It fits in a free radio-size (DIN) space in the centre console, for a neat, factory-style look.

The panel is made from black anodised metal and holds a maximum of three 52mm instruments, such as oil pressure, oil temperature and water temperature gauges.

Plan the wiring before you start, and use a sandwich plate or water temperature adapter to connect the sensors for your gauges.

Fitment

This is a universal part for cars with a free DIN slot. Check the space in your console before ordering the DIN Gauge Panel 3x52mm.

Because the DIN Gauge Panel 3x52mm uses an existing DIN slot, there is no need to cut the dashboard or fit a separate pod, and the panel can be removed later if you want to fit a radio again. Check that the three gauges you plan to use are standard 52mm units, and leave enough depth behind the panel for the gauge bodies and wiring. Gauge lighting can usually be wired to the dash light circuit so the gauges dim with the rest of the instruments.
