What it does

The adapter fits into a coolant hose and gives a threaded port for a water temperature sensor, so you can add a temperature gauge without drilling into the engine. Two hose clamps are included for secure mounting.

Cut the hose at a straight section where the adapter can sit level, push each end of the hose onto the adapter and tighten the clamps. Refill and bleed the cooling system, then check for leaks with the engine warm.
