SRS Exhaust Bolt and Spring M8x70mm (Universal)

Description

This exhaust bolt and spring set is the hardware that joins an SRS header to the mid-pipe. Each set is one M8x70 mm bolt and one matching spring, so you can rebuild the joint without hunting loose fasteners.

The spring holds tension as the pipe expands with heat, which helps stop leaks and rattles. Design and colour may vary slightly with stock.

Exhaust bolt and spring specs

Fitment is universal for SRS-style header-to-mid connections that use M8 hardware. It is not a vehicle-specific part. SKU BS-870. Sold per set, not per bolt.

Pair it with the teflon donut that sits in the same joint: 45 mm donut and 51 mm donut.

How to fit: wait until the exhaust is cold, support the mid-pipe, remove the old hardware, check the donut, then fit the new exhaust bolt and spring and tighten evenly. Do not crush the spring.

Use this when the original header bolts are rusted, stretched, or missing. Keep a spare set in the toolbox if you regularly drop the exhaust for manifold or clutch work.
