SRS Teflon Donut Gasket 51mm (Universal)

Description

This 51mm exhaust donut is the teflon ring used to seal larger SRS header-to-mid joints, keeping the flange gas-tight without welding. SKU TE-B. Sister size 45 mm (TE-A).

Machined from solid teflon, the gasket compresses evenly between the two flanges and holds its shape through repeated heat cycles, so the joint stays quiet and leak-free. This 51mm exhaust donut is the correct replacement part for any SRS-style spring-loaded exhaust joint that uses a 51 mm bore donut, and it is a straight swap for a tired or crushed original that has started to blow at the seam.

Universal header-to-mid application, 51 mm bore, teflon construction, sold individually. Pair with our exhaust bolt and spring set so the joint is loaded correctly and can flex with engine movement. If your system runs the smaller flange, the 45 mm exhaust donut gasket is the same part in the smaller size.

Fitting notes: only work on a cold exhaust, seat the donut squarely in the flange recess, and tighten the springs evenly. Do not crush the donut — over-tightening deforms the teflon and causes the leak you are trying to cure. A small amount of movement in the joint is normal and is what the springs are there to absorb.
