About the frame

A seat frame, or seat bracket, sits between the floor mounting points of the car and the seat, so an aftermarket seat can be bolted in. This one is for the right side. The sides are based on EUDM cars, so if your car is right-hand drive, check which side you need before ordering.

The distance between the mounting points on the car is 43cm in width and 37.5cm in length. Measure the mounting points on your floor and compare them with these figures before ordering, as that is what decides whether the frame suits your car.

For a pair of seats you will need both sides, so order the left frame as well. Use good quality bolts and torque them correctly, as the seat frame carries the full load of the seat and occupant.

Fitment

This is a universal part, listed as fitting all car models with matching mounting points. Check your floor mounting points against the dimensions above before ordering the Universal Seat Frame Right.

Seats and their brackets are safety parts, so have them fitted by someone experienced and check the seat is secure before driving.

Order the Universal Seat Frame Right together with the left-hand frame if you are replacing both seats.
