The NRG EF Short Hub is NRG’s iconic short hub, with the shortest possible mounting surface while still keeping your horn and indicators working about 99% of the time. That lets you fit a quick release and keep the wheel at a comfortable distance from the driver.
Construction
The NRG EF Short Hub is made from anodised 6061 aluminium in one piece, with a 6 x 70mm bolt pattern for the quick release or wheel.
Before you order
Honda boss kits fit one of two spline diameters, and this varies car to car regardless of year, so confirm your column before ordering the NRG EF Short Hub. Personal and Nardi style wheels also need a quick release hub. NRG designs its products for off-road use only.
Fitting
Disconnect the battery and follow airbag safety steps before removing the factory wheel. Tighten the hub nut and wheel bolts securely and check the horn works before driving.
