Specifications

About the pad

The pad wraps around the shoulder section of the seatbelt, where the belt crosses your shoulder and collarbone. It is ideal for the driver’s seat, but it can also be used on the other seats in the car.

At about 240mm long, the Tein Seatbelt Pad covers the part of the belt that sits against your shoulder. Slide it along the belt until it sits where the belt touches you, so it stays in place on longer drives.

Using it safely

Fit the pad so the belt still sits flat across your shoulder and chest, and check that the belt still retracts and locks normally once the pad is on. The pad goes on the belt webbing only, so it does not need any tools or changes to the car.

About Tein

Tein is a Japanese suspension maker, known for its green coilovers and springs and for its mascots, Dampachi and Dampatty. Its merchandise range carries the same Tein branding, so it is a simple way to show your support for the brand away from the car.

The Tein Seatbelt Pad also makes a handy small gift for anyone who drives a car on Tein suspension.
