Cutting and fitting

The roll is easy to cut to the lengths you need. QSP suggests putting a hose clamp exactly on the cutting line and using a sharp knife, such as a box cutter, with the clamp as a guide. The size given is the inner diameter, so it should match the outside diameter of the spigot the hose goes on. Where a clamp is used, QSP dealers suggest one about 4 mm larger than the hose’s inner diameter.

Other sizes and colours

4 mm is the smallest of the three QSP vacuum hose sizes listed here. The QSP vacuum hose 4mm black roll belongs to a set of QSP vacuum hoses listed in 4, 6 and 8 mm, each in black, blue and red. For the same 4 mm size in red, see the QSP vacuum hose 4mm red; for the 6 mm size in black, see the QSP vacuum hose 6mm black.
