VW Jetta Roof Spoiler – Auto-Styles (Mk6 2011-2018)

Auto-Styles unpainted Fiberglass roof spoiler to suit the 2011-2018 Jetta Mk6.

Always Test fit before spraying/fitting.

Before paint or bonding:

1. Place spoiler on car without adhesive

2. Use masking tape to hold it in position

3. Check:

   • Gaps left/right

   • Centre alignment

   • Curve matching glass/body

   • Contact points

 Common Issues:

• Slight lift on corners

• Small gap in centre

• Uneven edge line

This is normal with fiberglass.

If needed:

• Lightly sand mounting surface

• Slight trim with file

  On the Car:

  • Wash area

  • Degrease with IPA (isopropyl alcohol)

  • Remove wax / polish residue

  On the Spoiler:

  • Key bonding area with 180–240 grit

  • Clean with panel wipe

  Never bond to gloss gel coat.
