SRS 2-Piece Header Flange Plate (Universal)

Description

This header flange plate sits between the two halves of an SRS 2-piece exhaust header. It is a direct-fit spacer that lowers the header about 1 cm on the bottom side so the joint lines up cleanly.

SKU FL-HPL97-2.0. The gasket is not included — pair it with the SRS 2-piece header gasket (SKU GA-2PH).

Fitment: made for SRS 2-piece headers. The SKU hints at Prelude 97 2.0 applications, but treat it as the matching flange for that two-piece joint. Check the Vehicle Fitment tab before you order if your header is a different pattern.

Why this part: a worn or missing header flange plate lets the two-piece joint leak and can pull the collector out of line. Replacing it is cheaper than a new manifold.

How to fit: exhaust cold, support the header, split the two-piece joint, clean the faces, fit the new header flange plate and a new gasket, then torque evenly. Do not reuse a crushed gasket. A fresh gasket with the new plate gives the best seal and stops rattles or blowing from the joint on start-up.
