What Hardrace states

Hardrace lists this as a front anti bump steer kit in aluminum, sold as six pieces. The MCG material attribute says rubber, so check the Fitments tab and the photo. Hardrace names it a front kit, so it does not cover the rear of the car.

Fitment

Hardrace lists the 6773 for the Honda S2000 AP1 and AP2 only. The MCG listing says S2000, so the wording differs. Check your car and year against the Fitments tab before ordering the Hardrace 6773.

This listing is for the front of the car and is sold as 6 pieces, so compare the Content line above with what your car needs. Hardrace publishes the full list of applications on its own part page, and the Fitments tab on this page is the one to follow for MCG stock.
