This exhaust adapter joins 2.5″ SRS pipe to a 40 mm connection. SKU AD-4CM. Includes 2 bolts and 1 gasket, so you have everything needed for a clean, leak-free join straight out of the box.

Universal fitting for SRS-style systems, the adapter steps a 2.5 inch pipe down to a 40 mm connection. It is made from durable steel and supplied with 2 bolts and 1 gasket.

Pair this exhaust adapter with an exhaust bolt and nut and a 63mm exhaust gasket when resealing a joint. Fresh fixings and a new gasket stop rattles and blow-by after the system has been apart.

How to fit

Work on a cold exhaust. Support the system, align the pipes, seat the gasket squarely between the flanges, then tighten the bolts evenly in stages so the faces pull together flat. Re-check the bolts after a short drive once everything has been up to temperature.
