What Energy Suspension states

Energy Suspension describes the 16.1104 as polyurethane motor mount inserts in its Hyper-Flex material, and says that under hard use they reduce wheel hop and torque induced movement. Its page lists engine notes by year: 1.5L for 1988 to 1991, and 1.6L for the 1989 Si and for the 1990 to 1991 EX and Si. The Energy Suspension 16.1104G includes metal washers for the 1055 inserts. Energy Suspension says red and black bushings have the same hardness for the same position, and that some black parts are graphite impregnated.

Fitment

Energy Suspension lists 16.1104 for the Honda Civic 1988 to 1991 and does not list the CRX. The MCG listing says Civic/CRX 87-93, so the years and the CRX differ. Check your car’s model, year and engine against the Fitments tab before ordering.
