Professional reinforcement of the rear suspension panel (Rear Axle Carrier Panel), a well-known and unfortunately weak point of the E46.

RACP Brace significantly increases the stiffness of the structure, reduces stress and protects against cracking of the rear axle mounts.

Improves stability, steering precision and body durability – especially recommended for cars with more powerful engines or for sports.

HOWEVER, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE STRUT WILL NOT CONVERT THIN SHEET METAL INTO THICK STEEL , which means it’s best to first repair/reinforce the stroller mounting point to protect it from more serious damage. (Reinforcements for these areas can be found in our separate listings).

It is made of a 33.7mm tube with a 2.5mm wall, grade S235.

It requires cutting mounting holes and drilling through the mounting holes in the rear of the beam. The kit includes high-strength screws necessary for assembly, replacing the original screws used to secure the trolley.

It fits cars in coupe, sedan and touring body styles.

Our product is made in Poland by qualified personnel. Welded using the MIG/MAG method using specialized welding rigs by an experienced, certified welder. The cup holders themselves are laser-cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.

In the final stage of production, our product is powder coated black, which provides an incredible effect that matches any body color.
