Swagier BMW 3 Series E46 Mounting Differential Bridge (Type 188) – Drift KJS

Reinforcement designed for the small head TYPE 188.

We offer a product designed for BMW E46 users, which as we know are a common basis for creating projects intended for various areas of motorsport. The purpose of installing such a mount is to distribute the forces acting on it more evenly.

The kit eliminates the “famous” sleeve no. 9 from the beam, which must be cut off from the beam. In its place, we weld 2 additional differential mounts to the beam. The differential must be assembled into a so-called “sandwich”, screwed to the beam using front screws and the mounts welded in. The mounts must be welded “in front of the differential” to enable its later, potential, disassembly. (As in the photo).

THE KIT INCLUDES SCREWS  for assembling the differential and screwing it to the new mounts in the beam.

8mm thick steel (S355) was used to make the reinforcements.

Our product is made in Poland by qualified people. Laser cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
