Powerflex Performance Suspension Bushes have been designed to fit in place of the original bushes, but offer sharper, more positive feedback through the suspension and steering. Ideal for fast road and trackday use, they are the perfect complement to uprated springs, dampers and roll bars, or can be used on their own with the standard suspension to replace tired, worn bushes.

Suspension bushes are one of the most highly stressed components fitted to a car. They undergo enormous strain in the most arduous of conditions with no maintenance or lubrication. Conventional rubber bushes deteriorate with age allowing movement of suspension components and geometry. This can cause tyre wear, braking instability and poor handling. Powerflex polyurethane suspension bushes are engineered to overcome these problems and improve on the standard of handling.

Powerflex bushes are made from a technologically advanced polyurethane plastic compound. This overcomes the common problem associated with harder bushes, which is increased noise. By correctly engineering the polyurethane compound, bushes can be made 25-30% stiffer than new rubber bushes, but with exactly the same noise absorbing properties.

Powerflex bushes are fitted with stainless steel inserts where required, thus avoiding the corrosion problems associated with cheaper steel bush inserts.
