Swagier BMW 3 Series E36 Wishbone Bushing Mount Triangle Reinforcement

The front triangle repair kit  for  the BMW E36  is widely known among users of this model for its tendency to excessive corrosion. These triangles have been designed in  a cut-down version so that when the car turns more, it does not collide with the wheel. At the same time, all  the contact points of the sheets have been preserved as in the original . Depending on the insertion of the triangles, the mudguard mountings may fall out in different places, so the holes should be drilled yourself after inserting the triangles. It is worth using a rubber hammer for assembly and adjustment, dismantling the remains of the old triangles is of great importance here. It should be remembered that these cars have been around for over 25 years, so the state of preservation of different copies may differ to a greater or lesser extent from the factory.

ADDITIONALLY,  the kit also includes  reinforcement for the front wishbone bushing mount . It is certainly worth reinforcing them before welding the triangles themselves.

1.5 mm thick sheet metal was used to make the reinforcements.

In the case of the coupe/cabrio body style, the set includes an additional extension for the lower fender mount. (as in the last 3 photos).
