Swagier BMW E36 Trailing Arm Mount Reinforcement

The repair and reinforcement kit for the trailing arm mount for the BMW E36 is the latest product in a series of reinforcements for this model.

The reinforcement was designed with slightly more demanding users in mind, but also more demanding E36 repairs, which are a common basis for creating projects intended for various areas of motorsport. Our product is not only intended to repair the mount, but also to prevent its damage, so it is worth welding such a set when building a project or repairing the rear suspension.

3mm thick steel (S355) was used to make the reinforcements.

THE REINFORCEMENT HAS AN EXTENDED ADJUSTMENT RANGE (larger basket), WHICH ALLOWS FOR GREATER ADJUSTMENT OF CONVERSION. This is especially important for heavily lowered cars, but also for those focused on maximum grip.

DUE TO THE STRUCTURE OF THE LARGER BASKET IN THE BODY, IT IS NECKED TO ALLOW IT TO FIT IN (photo)

The set also includes a TEMPLATE,  which should be used before cutting the bodywork. It should be applied and a few holes drilled to have a reference point for proper welding of new baskets/reinforcements. When the drilled holes match the holes in the reinforcement, it means that the reinforcement is in the right place.

Our product is made in Poland by qualified people. Laser cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
