Repair / Reinforcement Kit BMW E36

We offer a product designed for BMW E36 users, where, after years of operation, the place of fixing the front arm in the longitudinal needs to be repaired. Our product is designed to repair and strengthen this place. Properly welded and secured will serve the next several decades.

In the set you will also find a which should be used before we start cutting the body. It should be applied and drilled several holes to have a reference point for the proper welding of new reinforcements. When the drilled holes coincide with the holes in the reinforcement, it means that the reinforcement is in the right place.

NOTE: If your repair car requires a smaller field in the longitude, our reinforcement can be shortened properly (side walls), then there will be no need to open the so-called “triangles”.

SUMMARIZING the reinforcement can be welded in 2 ways:

After opening the triangles, we will weld in full (triangles can also be found in our offer)
without opening triangles, shorten the side walls of the reinforcement

The price in the announcement includes a pair, i.e. 2 pcs.

For reinforcements, sheet metal (S355) with a thickness of 3mm has been used. Our product is made in Poland by qualified people. Cut on a laser and then bent, which has an additional effect on its strength. The reinforcement requires welding into the longitude.
