What they do

Tein S.Tech springs are a simple first step in suspension tuning. They lower the Honda Civic EK and EJ for a more aggressive look and better road holding, and they are developed to work with OEM or OEM replacement dampers, so the standard shocks stay on the car.

The Civic EK Lowering Springs are made from chrome vanadium SAE9254V and use a progressive rate design, so the rate rises as the spring compresses. That keeps small bumps comfortable while controlling body roll under load. They are finished in green powder coat.

Fitment

The Civic EK Lowering Springs kit contains 4 main springs, warranty information and a bump stop reference guide, with TEIN silencer rubbers on some applications. Stickers are not included with all JDM part numbers or every application.

Warranty

S.Tech springs come with a 1-year limited warranty. Spring length is guaranteed not to sag more than 5mm, and the springs are covered against manufacturer defects. The warranty covers over 5mm sag, breakage, deformity and noise, and does not cover the powder coat finish or rusting.

Fitting

Check that your dampers are in good condition before fitting the Civic EK Lowering Springs, and have the wheel alignment checked afterwards, because a lower ride height changes camber and toe.
