QSP Hood Pins Stainless Steel (Universal)

Description

This QSP steel hood pins set combines stainless steel latch plates with cadmium-plated steel pins, as QSP describes it. QSP makes these universal pins for competition cars with lightweight bonnets, to hold the bonnet in place, and they are sold as a set with the mounting hardware.

How it works

Each threaded pin is fixed under the bonnet line and comes up through the bonnet, where the latch plate sits on top. The spring clip then goes through the eye at the tip of the pin and keeps the bonnet shut. The all-silver finish suits a bare or painted bonnet.

Steel or aluminium?
