QSP Boot Springs Stainless Steel Black (Universal)

Description

This QSP boot springs black set holds a boot lid shut with two stainless steel springs in a black finish, plus the catch plates and fixings to mount them. QSP makes these universal springs for competition cars with lightweight boot lids, to keep the lid secured in place.

How they work

Each spring is fixed at one end and hooks onto a small catch plate at the other, so spring tension pulls the boot lid down and holds it closed, as the photo shows. To open the boot, unhook the springs. The black finish keeps them low-key on a dark boot lid. QSP sells them as a set, so one order covers both sides of the lid, and the catch plates and bolts are included.
