Two things must match: the thread of your studs and the seat shape in your wheels. This nut has a conical (tapered) seat, so it is for wheels with conical seats, not ball or flat seats. Because the end is closed, the stud must finish inside the nut rather than passing through it. Use one nut per stud.
Studs to go with it
The QSP closed wheel nut M12x1.5 suits QSP studs with the same M12x1.5 thread, such as the QSP wheel stud 63mm 13mm spline; the same nut in the other thread is the QSP closed wheel nut M12x1.25. An open nut lets a long stud pass right through, while this closed version covers the end.
