Description

The GFB Mechanical Boost Gauge 30psi is a 52mm mechanical gauge that shows you exactly what your turbo or supercharger is doing, up to 30psi of boost. Being mechanical, it reads directly from a vacuum line, so there is no sender or electronic module to wire in for the reading itself.

Fitment

This is a universal gauge, not a vehicle-specific part. It suits any turbocharged or supercharged car with a manifold vacuum or boost source you can tee into, and anywhere you have room for a 52mm gauge or a 52mm gauge pod. It is a sensible addition for any car that has been remapped or has had its boost raised.

Fitting notes

Tee the supplied hose into a manifold pressure source after the throttle body, and run it through the bulkhead using a grommet so it cannot chafe. Keep the hose clear of hot exhaust parts. Wire the backlight into an ignition-switched or lighting feed so that it comes on with the car. If you are unsure, have a qualified fitter do the job.
