We offer a product designed for BMW E46 users, whose major problem, as we know, is corrosion of the rear suspension beam. Our product is intended to strengthen or repair and strengthen critical areas. These are not ordinary plates, but a specially designed and suitably bent/pressed set of reinforcements that fit all roundings and curvatures. Depending on the condition of the beam, there may only be a slight need to hammer in the rounded areas (tested on several beams and each one was slightly different in condition from the others. Time has done its job).

We offer a product designed for BMW E46 users, whose major problem, as we know, is corrosion of the rear suspension beam. Our product is intended to strengthen or repair and strengthen critical areas. To make your work easier, we have marked in red the places where reinforcements are intended in several photos.
A 3mm thick sheet metal (S355) was used to make the reinforcements.
The reinforcement requires welding into the beam.
Our product is made in Poland by qualified people. Laser cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
